Please read this information carefully, as it pertains to the investment you are about to make. All data herein is calculated from the Old Glory Family of Funds, as the Patriot Fund is new to the Old Glory Group. We are a fully licensed mutual fund company. Only after you have read this prospectus and have decided that you are ready to buy should you sign up for an account with us. No minimum investment required. Profile of Fund The following profile summarizes key features of the Old Glory Patriot Fund. Investment Objective The Patriot Fund seeks to provide maximum total return through the use of short-term trading strategies. Investment Strategies -- overview The Patriot Fund invests in U.S. equity and index options relating to the defense contracting sector. The Fund manager uses quantitative stock valuation models to manage the Fund. The models are then used to identify the most attractive stocks with most up-side earnings potential. The proportion of the Fund assets invested in any single stock or category will vary over time based upon the Manager's expectations for success. An investment in the Patriot Fund could lose money over short time periods. You must expect share prices to fluctuate within a range. There is always the chance that poor equity selection will cause the Fund to underperform other comparable funds in the short term. Expenses All mutual funds have operating expenses. Expenses, which are deducted from a fund's income, are calculated as a percentage of the net assets of the fund. There will be an 8% per quarter charge collected upon the last day of the quarter for each Old Glory Fund. Management expenses, which are one part of operating expenses, include investment advisory fees as well as other costs of managing a fund, such as administrative costs. Risk Factors Contained herein is a description of the risk factors of owning an Old Glory Fund, as required by law. Always remember that the lower the risk, the lower the rate of return that an investor can obtain. Investors in the Old Glory Fund Family are assured of the highest rates available in an investing vehicle that is as safe as a Certificate of Deposit, commonly know as a "CD." However, the returns to be gained from an investment in an Old Glory Fund are substantially higher than returns obtainable through CDs. Investment Strategy of the Patriot Fund The Patriot Fund, as its name implies, will strive to put its assets into sectors and stocks that benefit America. The Fund will use the hedging features of short-term derivative products to obtain long-term capitalization. Derivatives are financial instruments whose performance is derived, at least in part, from the performance of an underlying asset, security or index. For example, a stock option is a derivative because its value changes in relation to the price movement of the underlying stock. Many forms of derivatives, such as exchange-traded futures and options on securities, commodities or indexes have been trading on regulated exchanges for years. These derivatives are standardized products that can be bought and sold by knowledgeable traders using market values that are determined and published daily. Derivatives can be very risky. However, the kind of derivatives that the Patriot Fund will purchase are neither speculative nor risky. The following is an example of the performance experienced for the Old Glory family of Funds. The Patriot Fund is a new fund and therefore does not have prior return information. Annual Return
