Frequently Asked Questions About Our Exclusive ProductsAt Parsons Heritage, we offer only prime bank instruments to assure that our clients receive the maximum returns possible. Our products feature the security of a banking instrument, such as a Certificate of Deposit, and yet offer the amazing profits typically available only to the upper echelons of Wall Street financiers and private hedge funds. Because our products involve confidential commercial transactions among the top 100 prime banks in the world and trade only in private international markets, we've prepared these FAQs to help you fully understand your investment. Q. What is a prime bank instrument? A. The term "prime bank instrument" refers to any private, insured debenture (or debt instrument) issued by any of 100 of the top global banking companies in the world (which are also known as "prime banks"). Prime bank instruments include prime bank notes, roll programs, international certificates of deposit, stand-by letters of credit, ICC 3039 and 3034 instruments, and other high-yield investment programs. While the purchases and sales of prime bank instruments occur primarily between European banks, several larger domestic banks and banks in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Japan trade prime bank instruments among themselves. Because we buy and resell these instruments on a quick turnover basis, we can earn staggering returns for our clients, especially if you reinvest your dividends. Q. Where do prime bank instruments trade? A. Prime bank instruments trade exclusively in private financial markets. That's why you'll never see prime bank instruments listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq Stock Market, or other public securities, options, or futures exchanges. Because the transactions occur in confidence, subject to the strictest international bank secrecy laws, newswires and quote services do not report on the purchases or sales of prime bank instruments. Q. Why should I invest in prime bank instruments? A. Prime bank instruments offer a unique combination of low risk and high growth. We are able to guarantee that your investment is risk-free because of the nature of the instrument itself, a stand-by, performance or commercial letter of credit. We are also able to guarantee you a high return because of the quality of the issuing bank and the nature of the prime bank instrument's secondary market. If you are looking for the return of a blue chip stock but are concerned about the wild fluctuations in the market today, than the prime bank instrument would suit your investment needs. No other investment offers the prime bank instrument's guaranteed return and risk-free liquidity. Your principle and interest are secured by a letter of credit from one or more of the top 100 banks of the world. Q. Why should I invest in off-shore opportunities? A. At Parsons Heritage, we deal exclusively in off-shore prime bank instruments to minimize your exposure to tax liability while simultaneously maximizing your investment returns. No federal or state laws restrict the marketability of prime bank instruments, nor do any international treaties or memorandums of understanding prevent U.S. investors from investing solely in off-shore opportunities. Q. Are Prime Bank Instruments registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission? A. No, these securities are not registered with the SEC because they meet the requisite statutory exemptions mandated by Congress. To provide additional comfort to our investors, on March 16, 1973, Parsons Heritage requested assurances from the SEC that the prime bank instruments we offer do not need to be registered. On June 7, 1973, the SEC issued a "No Action Letter" confirming the exemption (under state and federal laws) for our particular products and prospectively exempting any similar products we subsequently developed. To insure that we comply with all applicable securities laws, our attorneys engage in annual meetings with senior members of the SEC's enforcement and regulatory staff to review any new products we've developed that could conceivably fall outside the parameters of the June 7, 1973 No Action Letter. Because prime bank instruments are fully exempt from state and federal regulation, we can sell directly to you, without the use of high-priced intermediaries (such as a Wall Street brokerage firm that requires fees and commissions). Q. Why haven't I heard of "Prime Bank Securities" before? A. These securities have been available in Europe since the end of World War I and have been available in the U.S. immediately following the passage of key banking and securities legislation in the mid-1930s. But because of the sophistication of the transactions and the application of international bank secrecy laws, these investments simply were not available for any but a select group of investors (typically large institutional investors and hedge fund managers). Now, because of pooling arrangements where we gather a variety of prime bank instruments and build a financial facility to hold them in discreet funds, almost any investor can invest in a prime bank instrument. Q. Where can I learn more? A. Once your application has been approved, you'll receive a detailed package of information and can speak with one of our personal financial professionals, who will help you decide how much to invest and in which products. Please understand that prime bank instruments have remained one of the best-kept secret in the banking and securities industries. All transactions must be kept strictly confidential by all parties, which makes it impossible for us to provide you with client references. In fact, even the banking and securities regulatory officials who have approved these programs would deny knowledge of such instruments-if asked. Q. What documents will I receive? A. Upon full payment to either our IPO or PSHYO programs, we will send you an engraved Certificate of Participation, with all the requisite water-marks and seals, for each minimum investment unit you purchare. We will also forward to you disclosure documents, including International Chamber of Commerce forms, various World Bank closing documents, and a copy of the June 7, 1973 letter from the SEC verifying that the Prime Bank Securities are exempt from SEC registration. In addition, we will disclose the names of the prime banks that could partake in the transaction, a list that includes some of the most recognizable foreign and domestic banks in the world. If applicable, we will also include ICC 3034 and ICC 3039 letter of credit transaction documents for your review and approval. In addition, to insure that the instruments represent "good, clean" funds, we will also provide to you copies of all relevant International Certificates of Deposit, Irrevocable Bank Purchase Orders, and Irrevocable Corporate/Confirmed Purchase Order. Each of these documents confirms that your investment is guaranteed by an irrevocable, divisible, assignable, transferable, fractionable, revolving confirmed Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight. That's how we guarantee the security and liquidity of your investment. Click here if you're now ready to invest. |
